What are the responsibilities and job description for the Latchkey Lead Teacher for extended learning program position at Trinity Lutheran School?
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher for our Extended Learning program to join our team. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting educational and recreational activities for students.
**Responsibilities:**
- Planning and Implementing a weekly lesson plan
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
- Utilize first aid skills when necessary
- Supervise children in various settings
- Support classroom management efforts
- Assist with childcare and early childhood education tasks
**Qualifications:**
- Experience or background in childcare is required
- Possessing first aid certification is a plus
- Strong ability to engage children effectively
- Previous experience in planning and implementing a lesson plan is required.
- Must pass a background check
