JOB SUMMARY
This position requires effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Good clerical ability is a must. Person is
responsible for obtaining accurate information to schedule services.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High school graduate or equivalent. Medical terminology courses preferred.
Training and Experience
Excellent data entry and typing skills. Ability to type 25 wpm. Knowledge of medical terminology required
(previous medical/clerical experience). Must have good communication and telephone skills, ability to deal with
the general public in a professional and courteous manner and ability to exercise independent judgment.
