Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership & Coaching
Recruit, hire, and develop a top-performing real estate sales team .Provide one-on-one coaching, mentorship, and training to improve agent performance.Establish a high-performance culture with clear KPIs, accountability, and motivation strategies .Conduct weekly sales meetings, role-play sessions, and performance reviews .Sales Strategy & Performance Management
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize team production and revenue.Set and track individual and team sales goals to ensure success.Monitor pipeline activity, conversion rates, and closing percentages , making necessary adjustments.Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation and brand awareness.Lead Conversion & CRM Management
Ensure agents effectively manage leads in the CRM and maintain timely follow-ups.Implement proven scripts, dialogues, and objection-handling techniques to improve conversion.Optimize lead distribution to ensure maximum efficiency and sales opportunities .Client Relationship & Partnership Management
Build and nurture relationships with investors, cash buyers, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.Establish and maintain key partnerships that enhance deal flow and increase business opportunities.Ensure exceptional levels of client satisfaction to foster repeat business and long-term relationships.Compliance & Documentation
Oversee contract negotiations and ensure all documentation, disclosures, and deals comply with legal requirements.Work closely with the transactions coordinator to ensure smooth and timely closings.Maintain organized records of all deals, contracts, and negotiations in accordance with company policies.Reporting & Financial Oversight
Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.Monitor and manage sales budgets, commission structures, and profitability.Forecast sales revenue and implement strategies to meet financial goals and ensure sustainable growth.Process & Operational Optimization
Identify gaps in sales processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.Optimize the use of CRM systems and other sales tools to ensure team productivity and success.Strategic Planning & Business Growth
Contribute to long-term strategic planning and business growth objectives.Adjust sales strategies based on market insights, performance data, and evolving business needs.Qualifications
What We're Looking For :
5 years of real estate sales leadership experience (Sales Manager, Broker, or Team Lead).Proven track record of successfully coaching and developing high-performing agents .Strong understanding of lead conversion, sales metrics, and performance tracking .Excellent negotiation, communication, and team-building skills .Experience with CRM systems, lead management, and real estate sales technology .Ability to motivate and hold agents accountable while fostering a positive culture.A passion for coaching, mentoring, and driving business growth .
