Our Charlotte office is searching for a Property Administrator. This individual needs a strong understanding of everything administrative in a professional office environment. This position will support the Property Management team with a variety of duties. They will need to be comfortable using accounting systems, including day-to-day activities of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Lease Administration, and Work Order management systems. The ideal candidate will be highly organized ensuring our clients – owners and tenants – are provided the highest level of client service.

Responsibilities
- Support the property management team, assisting with all commercial real estate properties under management in the area.
- Assist with accounts payable processing including maintaining vendor and W-9 information, coding, and entering invoices.
- Assist accounts receivable processing assisting with AR billings, calculating utility and expense reimbursements, and tracking and recording monthly rental payments.
- Track and obtain Certificates of Insurance for vendors and tenants.
- Preparing and tracking service contracts.
- Handle tenant calls and work order management as may be required.
- Assist manager with scheduling vendors for work on various sites as needed.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel , required
- Experience and proficiency in property management software and online interfaces, preferred
