We are seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Duty Nurse to lead a team of professionals and ensure the highest quality of care for our Elders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments in a timely and accurate manner
- Oversee and guide Nursing Assistants to ensure all residents receive proper care
- Effectively communicate with physicians for any urgent or acute resident needs
- Ensure compliance with care standards and safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies professionally
- Compassion and desire to work with elders and their families
