Full Job Description
The Service Technician is the front-man and face of the company. He or she is responsible for carrying out the regular maintenance duties that we have been hired to do by our customers. Delivering consistent and high quality service to each of our customers is of the upmost concern for this position. Driving a company vehicle to each of our residential clients, the Service Technician will be working directly with homeowners and assisting them with their backyard swimming pool needs. This role is key to leaving a lasting impression with each customer, and is also key in maintaining client relationships by upholding our high standards for customer service. This position is both physically demanding and mentally challenging.
. This position requires walking, bending and lifting, so good physical stamina is a must! Experience necessary, but we provide extensive on-the-job training. If you have a desire to work independently, like to work outdoors, have good communication skills and a positive attitude, this career is a perfect fit for you.
Skills Required:
- Endurance to work year round in all weather conditions, rain or shine.
- A clean driving record and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
- Ability to work with all chemicals necessary for pool water clarity.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Basic pump and filter maintenance
- Vacuuming/Skimming/Brushing pools
- Maintaining chemical levels
- Maintaining salt systems/chlorine generators
- Occasional minor repairs
- Interacting with homeowners on a daily basis in a professional manner
Physical Demands:
Lift up to 100lbs, sit, kneel, stand for long periods, jump, squat, crawl, reach, and drive a vehicle for extended periods.
Required Qualifications:
- Legal ability to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to work.
- A working and reliable cell phone.
- A clear criminal history; i.e., no felony convictions.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- A valid GA driver's license with a clear driving record.

Beginning pay for a Technician will be commensurate with previous job experience.

Each day begins at 7:30am in our team meeting room to review prior day’s route and to review the current day’s job list.
