Trinity Preschool of Berwyn is a non-denominational early learning center located in the Main Line community of Berwyn, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. We provide a first-class, nurturing environment for children primarily throughout the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District in Chester and Delaware counties.

Trinity Preschool was founded by Trinity Presbyterian Church in 1965. In 1986, Trinity Preschool established itself as a non-denominational, non-sectarian preschool. The preschool leases space from Trinity Presbyterian Church, and works with the church to ensure a safe and fun environment for the children.

Trinity Preschool of Berwyn is licensed as a private academic school by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Department of Human Services for the 3s, 4s and Pre-K programs. The classrooms are staffed by certified teachers. All staff have submitted a State Police Criminal History Record, Department of Public Welfare Child Abuse Report, Federal Criminal History Record Information (CHRI – a fingerprint-based background check), and a certificate of good health.

Trinity Preschool is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Why is that so important? Early childhood programs accredited by the NAEYC Academy for Early Childhood Program Accreditation have voluntarily undergone a comprehensive process of internal self-study and invited external professional review to verify compliance with more than 400 Criteria for High-Quality Early Childhood Programs. Though accreditation is not mandatory for preschools, it does represent a reference point, a sort of “gold seal of approval” by a governing body.
