What You'll Do:
?? Material Handling: Load, unload, move, and store steel pipes and materials using forklifts, cranes, and material-handling equipment.
?? Inventory Management: Accurately track stock levels and conduct cycle counts.
?? Receiving & Shipping: Inspect, document, and organize incoming shipments; securely package and prepare outgoing shipments.
?? Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack products efficiently for on-time deliveries.
?? Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace safe, clean, and organized.
?? Safety & Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
?? Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs using warehouse management systems (WMS).
?? Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, drivers, and supervisors to meet goals.
What We're Looking For:
? Education: High school diploma or equivalent
? Experience: 1-2 years in a warehouse or industrial setting preferred
? Skills:
?? Forklift & crane operation (certification preferred)
?? Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
?? Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
? Physical Requirements:
?? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. & stand for extended periods
?? Comfortable working in an industrial warehouse environment
Bonus Qualifications:
? Prior experience in steel manufacturing or heavy industry
? Forklift & crane certifications
? Familiarity with inventory management systems (WMS/ERP)
