About the Role:
">We're seeking a skilled Residential Sales and Leasing Agent to join our team at Trinity Property Consultants. As a Residential Sales and Leasing Agent, you'll play a crucial role in showcasing our properties and building relationships with prospective community members.
">Key Responsibilities:
">Assist in complete market surveys
Show, lease and move-in prospective community members
Update unit availability daily
Process rental applications
Receive collections in accordance with Trinity's standards
Clerical and phone support
Maintain all community member files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all file documentation
Demonstrate ability to resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues and matters to Supervisor
Conduct community member's move-out unit walks
Requirements:
">You must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have intermediate computer knowledge. Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is also required. Familiarity with Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, and Resident Check software is preferred.
">Work Environment:
">This position requires regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events. You'll work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods. You must be able to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends, as needed.
