Salary : $85,000–$110,000 annually, depending on experience.
Job Type : Full-time temporary position with the potential to transition to a permanent role.
Hybrid Opportunity : This role offers a hybrid schedule, allowing the team member to work from our corporate office in Irvine, CA, while working remotely 2-3 days per week.

Job Summary : The Leave of Absence & Benefits Administrator will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs, leave of absence and workers' compensation claims. This role requires a deep understanding of multi-state leave of absence administration, benefits administration and billing, workers' compensation regulations, and compliance with relevant laws. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service to our employees.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including employee leaves, health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-specific benefits such as Paid Parental Leave and pay advancement program.
- Lead employees through the leave process and support their return to work after extended leave of absence including coordinating with respective parties for benefits deductions and housing deductions.
- Manage and oversee workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain and update employee records in the payroll, benefits, and workers' compensation systems.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding leave transitions, benefits, payroll, and workers' compensation inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits, and workers' compensation.
- Manage the Interactive Process for leave related circumstances and accommodations.
- Assist with medical billing including reconciliation and internal billbacks.
- Guide HR Generalists on leave of absence inquiries.
- Conduct regular audits of benefits, and workers' compensation data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in leave of absence, benefits and workers' compensation administration.
