Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer for RF Power Products division to design and launch high-power RF products into the market.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of power supply design, specifically in the frequency range of 400 kHz to 100 MHz, and handle power levels from 600W to 10KW. A minimum of 5 years of experience in design and development is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate high-power RF systems for product development and release, adhering to our Product Development Process.
• Design and troubleshoot electronics, focusing on high-power and RF applications.
• Design or modify essential components such as power supplies and RF circuits.
• Support manufacturing teams with production and testing challenges as needed.
• Implement product and process engineering changes through the ECO/ECR process, maintaining documentation including test procedures and BOMs.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans for product development, release, and ramp-up in domestic and overseas factories.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

• BSEE degree required; MSEE preferred.
• 5 years of relevant experience in design and development.
• Experience with RF circuit design and measurement.
• Familiarity with RF power supply theory, including impedance matching, harmonic suppression, and power efficiency.
• Proficiency in Altium circuit design and layout, MATLAB, AWR simulation, and SolidWorks tools.
• Knowledge of RF power supply testing techniques and equipment (Agilent VNAs, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes).
• Experience in risk assessment and mitigation.
• A collaborative team player capable of working with a global workforce.
• Goal-oriented, with strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in full-lifecycle product development.
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills, with the ability to clearly present information.
