Your Job
Trinity Sales and Rental is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Supervisory Team. This role combines leadership, operational efficiency, customer service, strong communication, and employee management skills to drive performance and achieve company goals.
What You Will Do
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Rental Counter, Dispatch, and Inventory Staff, ensuring compliance with Trinity policies and procedures while maintaining high customer service standards and meeting expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, service and finance to support business initiatives and provide a high level of customer service.
- Provide leadership in performance management and corrective actions for the assigned crew.
- Prioritize the safety of all employees and visitors to the facility.
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve safety, quality, and logistics goals
- Implement continuous improvement processes following change management procedures

- Familiarity with inventory control processes, logistics, including scheduling deliveries.

- Experience in Operations Management or related field.
- Knowledge of construction equipment and safety standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a team effectively.
- Experience with inventory cycle audits and inventory management systems.
- Experience with inventory management practices and software.
- Experience in logistics, including scheduling deliveries.
- Experience in sales item pricing and margin analysis to optimize profitability and drive revenue growth.
