Trinity seeks a dedicated individual for a full-time, 40-hour Help Desk Support position, with scheduled hours between Monday and Saturday. This position may be eligible for overtime during peak times and for special events.

Essential Job Responsibilities but not limited to:
First responder to IT-related issues across the campus
A significant portion of the job will be repairing devices
Maintaining and documenting an asset management system
Install and offer support for student and staff applications
Creating and maintain user account databases
Maintain desktop and laptop configurations
Assisting departments with the setup of special events during and after regular school hours
Assisting with student content filtering, student rostering, and student information systems such as Facts, Synergy, Blackbaud and Canvas
Providing clear communication verbally and in writing to staff and students on related technical issues
Work with supervising IT staff - outside consultants
Requirements
Device repair experience on Chromebooks, iPads, Mac laptops, and window workstation platforms
Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Ability to research PC issues and products as required, utilizing various resources
Local travel to school venues and supplies pick up in the surrounding area at times
Physical Requirements
Able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, stoop, kneel, crouch, sit on the floor, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Ability to push mobile laptop carts between different campus building locations
Ability to transport and climb ladder
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Basic understanding and troubleshooting of networking, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
Mobile device management experience
Printer setup and troubleshooting
Experience with Mac OS, Windows, IOS, and ChromeOS
Hardware Certifications: ACMT, ACT, CST, A
Familiarity or experience with Google Workspace
Proficiency in common business software Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google’s correlated applications
