Due to growth, they are looking to hire a Director of Field Operations to help oversee the field. This person will institute procedures, hire, train, bring leadership to their current teams in the field, assist with technology training, manage quality, and develop a cohesive field team for all Florida operations. This is a true leadership position, and we are looking for that experienced senior superintendent looking to pass along their expertise to the next generation.
Requirements :
15 years' progressive field experience working for a general contractor
Leadership experience with a desire to manage and lead teams
Tech savvy
Travel within the state of Florida required
Must be an excellent communicator and enjoy building long-term relationships in the industry
Salary : $300
