Summary:
Trinity Senior Services is looking for compassionate, positive Care Partners to be part of our team at Milwaukee Catholic Home. Openings for full-time, part-time and PRN – tell us when you are available!
Care Partners with Trinity Senior Services attend to residents’ safety, physical, social and emotional comfort by assisting with activities in the home as well as social activities. Examples include:
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changing
- Hanging up/laying out clothes
- Planning and preparing meals
- Providing medication reminders
- Providing transportation to and from appointments
Qualifications:
- Maturity, adaptability, and ability to relate well to others on an individual basis
- Communication with Care Partner Program Director regarding any observed changes in participants’ physical health or behavior
- Daily documentation on participants’ service plan
- Compassion, patience and a desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors
