The Licensing Administrator is responsible for supporting the sales department in processing applications including the solicitation of licenses and permits from townships and permitting authorities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Respond to all phone calls and emails within 24 hours.
Conduct heavy research on state and municipal levels to obtain solicitation requirements.
Evaluate applications and supporting documents to determine qualification and requirements.
Continuously maintain and update databases.
Coordinate with state and municipal offices to assist in licensing procedures.
Work with sales representatives to obtain appropriate documents and photos needed for applications.
Assemble all license and permit application packages for distribution.
Collaborate with corporate departments during the application and payment processes.
Ability to keep track of and follow up on incomplete application requests.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office. SalesForce.com experience is preferred.
Maintain and manage data on licensing reports.
Complete special projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, team player and attention to detail.
Experience in a fast-paced office environment is preferred.
Professional and courteous communication through phone conversations and email.
Ability to establish priorities systematically with focus and organization.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Excel and Foxit experience is preferred.
