RN Private Duty Caregiver for Complex Medical Needs

- Tues-Friday (3p-11p) Sunday (3p-11p)
Medical Conditions and Needs : Our patient is a 18 year old male that is a Dx's Anoxic Encephalopathy, Global Developmental Delays, Dysphagia, Asthma, Seizures, Scoliosis, Cortical Visual impairment, Esotropia of left eye, Urinary Incontinence, Chronic Lung Disease, Mbr Hs a GT, Trach, and a Vagus Nerve Stimulator, Vent Dependent at night.
