Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM
Patient Care : Tracheostomy and Incontinence Care
Responsibilities :
- Administer excellent nursing care a client with tracheostomy and incontinence needs.
- Monitor and assess the client's conditions, communicating any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
