What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Test Lead position at Trinity Technology Solutions LLC?

The QA Test Lead will manage processes and personnel to conduct quality assurance of the Pension
Administration system which includes 32 separate functional work streams with complex and diverse use
cases and scenarios. The QA Test Lead will need to support the testing of all the data bridging scenarios
that will be adopted in the course of the transition from legacy system to new pension administration
system. The QA Test Lead will also need to support the testing on legacy system as functionality is being
retired and decommissioned.
In addition to working with NYCERS testers, the Test Lead will be working with SI and QA vendor closely
for all phases of testing from requirements review, test script development, test execution, test result
analysis and defect tracking. The Test Lead will need to adapt to new disciplines and frameworks that
will be implemented in partnership with the QA vendor.
Duties will include:
• Identify the scope of the testing required for a particular release based on the requirements of the
document.
• Identify the testing effort required by calculating the sizing needed for the given release and plan the
required effort for the same.
