Our client is a well-respected financial services industry association that provides expertise and risk management tools and services to large commercial and retail banks. The Product Marketing Manager
works closely with business leaders to build and execute a marketing strategy to meet membership andrevenue goals. This position will manage the strategy, execution, and reporting for various full-funnel/omnichannel marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Dev campaign plans for products and services. Establish an annual campaign strategy process.
- Planned, developed, executed, measured, optimized, and managed budgets for integrated B2B campaigns for member acquisition, expansion, and retention.
- Using data and analytics to optimize full-funnel campaigns, evaluating performance across goals and channels. Working with stakeholders to further develop processes and practices for lead qualification, reporting, sales enablement, and measurement (e.g., pipeline conversion).
- Build campaigns with focused tactics and realistic objectives; determine budget requirements and deliver within budget.
- Ensuring marketing strategy and objectives are communicated and vetted across internal and external teams to achieve team alignment and shared goals.
- Compiling and communicating regular reports of campaign performance and results to various stakeholders.
- Formulating and documenting campaign recommendations and requirements: marketing roadmaps,
strategic briefs, campaign briefs, etc.
- Served as key point of contact in marketing for product development, relationship management, and
project management leads, ensuring the execution of programs to achieve their business goals.
- Working closely with content leaders to make valuable content a foundation of marketing outreach.
- Constantly seeking market and industry data and competitive research to assess campaign
performance and market share; developing new ideas to lead the organization forward.
- Creating an inspiring team culture that values diversity and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven track record with 5 years of B2B product marketing experience (corporate, non-agency),specifically targeting large banks with solutions such as risk management tools, compliance training,research, analytics etc
- Demonstrated ability to generate strong business results.
- Ability to think strategically, communicate persuasively, and ensure excellent execution, including
rolling up sleeves as needed to create and send campaigns.
- Analytical thinking with new ideas for data-driven marketing programs.
- Proven success working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Solution-oriented, results-driven attitude; hard worker and quick learner.
- Experience pitching big ideas and making good use of feedback a must.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create holistic, omni-channel promotional campaigns.
- Exceptional leadership and teamwork skills.
- Able to attend occasional required meetings or events in one of these office locations: Philadelphia,
PA; Chicago, IL, or St Louis, MO.
