Assisted Living / Memory Care Administrator

Trinity Terrace is currently seeking an Assisted Living/Memory Support Administrator to assist with nursing needs in our beautiful Assisted Living / Memory Care units. Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 /year DOE What You’ll Be Doing: You will be responsible for oversight of all operational activities in the Assisted Living/Memory Care Centers, including all aspects of care and delivery of services to residents therein, staff supervision, and quality assurance. You will also maintain financials for the units, while staying within budgetary guidelines. About You: Current nursing license to practice in Texas (LPN or RN). Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business administration or a related field. Three (3) to five (5) years’ leadership experience in a senior living facility or nursing home. Prior supervisory experience in a similar setting including budgeting, performance management, discipline, program development and management of staff. Previous experience with scheduling and service plans. Working knowledge of long-term care facility medical practices and procedures, state and federal privacy laws, state and federal operations regulations, OSHA. Current and valid CPR and first aid certification. Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, medical records and clinical software programs and other relevant business applications.
