What You’ll Be Doing
You will provide clerical and organizational support to the team, provide reception coverage for the front desk, and be the primary representative to all residents, guests, employees, and public visitors
How You’ll Do It

- Manage front desk operations, answering calls, directing inquiries, and assisting residents, employees, and guests with information and guidance.
- Greet and assist visitors, providing brochures, collecting information for Sales and Marketing, and ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Support security efforts by screening and assisting visitors, guests, vendors, and contractors to maintain a safe environment.
- Handle mail and packages, receiving, sorting, and distributing USPS, inter-office mail, and deliveries while notifying recipients as needed.
- Clerical and customer service experience in reception, scheduling, or a related field, with prior interaction in high-volume or sensitive situations.
- Strong communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette and the ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.
- Professionalism and discretion, demonstrating tact and restraint in handling difficult situations.
- Proficiency in office technology, including multi-line phones, fax machines, photocopiers, and Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, maintain accurate records, and complete reports.
