Job Summary
Trinity Trailer is seeking a Machine Operator to join the Fabrication Parts department of our production department. This department builds the key aspects of Trinity trailers, to be used later to assemble our custom trailers. The ideal candidate for this role is reliable, eager to learn, and a team player.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Operate a bandsaw machine, for various material cuts
- Perform basic maintenance on machines as required by planned maintenance charts
- Perform work as outlined on work orders with efficiency, quality, and according to company standards
- Ensure all safety equipment is used properly and the work environment is organized and hazard-free
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production commitments and schedule
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience as a saw operator, or in a similar role
- Multitask, manage time, and work in a fast pace environment
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and machine routine maintenance
- Physically able to lift and handle materials up to 100lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime if needed
- High school graduate or equivalent degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
