Job Summary
The Parts Sales Representative collaborates with customers to provide consultative quotes and complete orders to fulfill their unique needs. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, has some mechanical aptitude, and is passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience. In addition to selling parts, this position supports the Service Center by supporting local customers visiting, as needed.
This is an in-person role, located in Pasco, Washington.
Base salary ~$37,000, on target annual earnings (with commission) is ~$55,000 - $70,000
Essential Responsibilities
- Consultative sales process to meet customer needs, cross referencing database and resources to ensure proper parts for customer needs
- Collaborate with group of associates to solve issues and obtain revenue goals
- Coordinate with supply chain and productions teams regarding parts production and order lead times
- Invoice and track shipments for customers
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Proficient with Microsoft suite
- Customer service or sales experience required
- Fluent in Spanish strongly preferred
- Experience with engineering drawings, SQL, ERP, and CRM preferred
- Experience in point-of-sale systems is a plus
