Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for managing the customer lifecycle journey to ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for administrative organization, and ensuring logistical processes are followed and tracked. The Account Manager can expect to collaborate consistently with outside sales team members and sales leadership, in addition to other Company departments. The ideal candidate for this role is meticulous and organized, enjoys collaborating with others, is passionate about the Trinity Sales Process and comfortable talking directly with customers about Trinity trailers.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Manage customer lifecycle journey from signed quote, through trailer construction and delivery and into long-term partnership
- Manage Existing Business trailer configuration, quoting, signed order and pre-delivery communication
- Assess all leads and collaborate with outside sales when appropriate
- Maintain exceptional records in CRM software
- Conduct market research and outreach when requested
- Manage deposit collection and change order processes
Requirements and Experience
- At least 2 years previous administrative or sales support experience
- Strong communication skills via telephone, email and in person
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CRM experience is a plus
- Bachelors degree and/or experience in Ag Transport is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
