About the Company
Trinity Underground is a boutique civil construction company specializing in 1 to 5-acre residential sub-divisions. Trinity offers cradle to grave horizontal services from grading thru paving/ C of O for Phoenix area developers and home builders. Trinity Underground is a local grading, paving, and site utilities company that was built by developers for developers. We work closely with the developers to accelerate their ability to commence vertical construction early on in the civil development phase and micro manage the critical path to insure timely project completion.
About the Role
Trinity Underground is looking for a Project Manager in Tempe, Arizona. This position will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of residential vertical and civil construction projects. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets. They will be responsible for managing project budgets and expenses, including cost estimation and project controls. Additionally, the Project Manager will coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and coordination among the project team. They will also be responsible for evaluating and mitigating project risks to ensure successful project completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong abilities to read construction plans, manage trade performance, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to contribute to the success of construction projects in the Phoenix, Arizona area as part of Trinity Underground.

Qualifications/Background Profile
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering preferred
- Strong ability to read constructions plans and specifications
- Working knowledge of construction material, equipment, and techniques
- Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with others
- High energy and passion for the construction industry
