Administrative Assistant
Job Opens Beginning June 2025
Part time, approximately 21 hrs/wk, T-TH. Starting pay $17/hr Must be 18 or older with a valid picture ID. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Administrative Assistant-related experience preferred but not required. Offering paid vacation, personal time, and holidays. Background check will be required.
Duties include:
General clerical work, telephone, and in-person reception, filing, composing/sending/receiving church correspondence, coordinating Pastor’s schedule/appointments. Maintaining the calendar including schedule of events and room reservations, preparing bulletins, monthly Newsletter, and maintaining/updating all members’ records.
Must have the ability to use or learn current Windows and Microsoft office-related software, including Excel and Publisher, and Power Church Plus software proficiently.
