Position Description:
Trinity Valley School seeks a full-time Systems and Support Manager to join the TVS faculty beginning in the summer of 2025.
The Systems and Support Manager will be primarily responsible for technology systems and support across the school. They will manage many of the school's cloud-based systems, the local network and security, and will manage helpdesk responsibilities such as hardware and software troubleshooting, device refreshes, printer management, break-fix device repairs, classroom A/V, and asset management.
As a part of the Technology Team, the Systems and Support Manager works to ensure that systems are optimized for functionality and security and that all hardware is working well across campus. The Systems and Support Manager will manage and collaborate with the Technical Support Specialist to maintain a high quality of support throughout the school in hardware, software, AV, networking, and security.
TVS partners with an MDR vendor for cybersecurity and a NaaS vendor for networking. The Systems and Support Manager will work closely with these partners on security, business continuity, and timely resolution of any issues.
System responsibilities will include but are not limited to Office 365, Google Workspace, Ruvna, Informacast, ZoomPhone, Uniflow, Mosyle, InTune, FMX, and Carousel Digital Signage. This role also collaborates closely with our Security team to configure and support camera, alarm, and access control systems.

TVS faculty and students use Google Workspace for Education, and all teachers have MacBook Airs. Students in grades 5-8 have 1:1 iPads, while Upper School students participate in a BYOD program. Core educational technology platforms include but are not limited to Seesaw, Clever, Canvas, IXL, Membean, Notability, and Canva.
Knowledge, Experience, and Skill Requirements:
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience problem solving and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and related equipment such as printers, projectors and interactive flat panels.
- Have experience in the systems and hardware listed in the sections above, certifications in any of these systems are a plus. Systems include but are not limited to Office 365, Google Workspace, Ruvna, Informacast, ZoomPhone, Uniflow, Mosyle, InTune, FMX, and Carousel Digital Signage. This role also collaborates closely with our Security team to configure and support camera, alarm, and access control systems.
- Have experience managing vendors - TVS partners with an MDR vendor for cybersecurity and a NaaS vendor for networking. The Systems and Support Manager will work closely with these partners on security, business continuity, and timely resolution of any issues.
- Have experience managing devices via an MDM, experience with Mosyle and InTune preferred.
