Job Summary:
This position represents TW by providing exemplary customer service for members, visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner. The Receptionist is primarily responsible for the operation of the Holliman front desk/lobby area.
Maintains attitudes and behaviors that demonstrate and uphold the Mission Statement of Trinity Woods (TW), supports the TW core values, and shows an understanding of TW person-centered philosophy.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years’ experience in a similar position
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and team members
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Profecient in office software
Responsibilities:
Provides overall management of the Holliman front desk and graciously greets members, visitors, and employees.
- Handle incoming phone calls, directing them to the correct department or person, and providing basic information when necessary
- Maintain contact information for community members, including Independent Living, Health Center, AL, and MCAL
- Provides support to the Member Services team when necessary and may include an occasional weekend.
- Coordinates incoming and outgoing mail. Receives all mail and deliveries for the Health Center, Holliman Center, and Administration. Sorts and delivers to appropriate mail locations.
- Manages Point of Sales (POS) services including check cashing, stamps, meal tickets, etc.
- Coordinates transportation needs of the Households and Holliman members and communicates with the Supervisor of Transportation.
- Other duties as assigned
