Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain building cleanliness and orderliness by sweeping, mopping, washing, cleaning, and removing trash from building and work areas.
- Perform minor and routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning light fixtures, changing light bulbs, and replacing necessary components.
- Comply with all company safety rules, procedures, and applicable government regulations.
- Maintain and complete required records.
- Foster a culture of safety by following all safety rules and practices.
- Participate in safety committees or initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in facilities cleaning and maintenance operations.
- Proficiency in most office and facilities cleaning and maintenance operations.
- Able to install hardware (optional).
