RSI, recently acquired by Trinity Industries, Inc i s hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Doraville, GA l ocation.
This position supports customer service requirements and handles general office tasks including BOL processing and some accounting-type functions.
1. Customer Service, intake of BOLs, and commodities being delivered or transferred
2. Fulfill daily workload and tasks delegated by manager / cross-train as necessary
3. Enforces safety policies and procedures with other employees and visitors to the facility
4. Updating and maintaining customer databases
5. Monitoring and ordering customer inventory
6. Maintaining filing systems
7. Maintain and communicate customer inventory information
8. Compiling records of office duties and activities
9. Handling inquiries and incoming customer work order requests
10. Reviewing files and records to answer customer requests for information
11. Checking and distributing documents and correspondence
12. Photocopying, scanning, faxing, and sending emails
13. Organizing and scheduling customer work orders
14. Interacts with customers, railroad crews, and visitors
15. Answer phones for the facility
16. Utilizing an inventory tracking system
Qualifications
Education & Experience :
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Driver License
- Five (5) years of experience in an Office setting, railyard preferred
