Key Responsibilities
- Maintain building and work areas in a clean and orderly condition by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, washing, cleaning, and removing trash.
- Perform minor and routine maintenance tasks including cleaning light fixtures, changing light bulbs, and replacing necessary components.
- Comply with all company safety rules, procedures, and applicable government regulations.
- Maintain and complete all required records.
- Follow all safety rules and practices.
- May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Proficient in most office and facilities cleaning and maintenance operations.
- Able to install hardware.
