The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, with the autonomy to build and lead a team while driving substantial growth for key accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the delivery of services for major client accounts, ensuring exceptional outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Drive significant revenue growth by scaling client portfolios (e.g., from $2M to $10M over 3–5 years).
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the CEO and CTO, to align strategies and goals.
- Establish and lead a high-performing delivery team.
