Job Summary :
We are seeking Administrative Assistant who will povides essential administrative support, managing communication and information flow within the office. This role involves research, responding to information requests, and performing various clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform routine office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining filing systems, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Draft invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documentation.
- Organize and retrieve corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Manage incoming mail, faxes, and emails, sorting and distributing them as needed.
- Prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiries.
