Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)
- Collaborate with Communications Leads on other functional areas (Change Management, Organizational Design, etc.) to ensure alignment and integration of communication efforts across the organization
- Build partnerships with key internal stakeholders
Strategic Communication / Communication Planning & Project Management (50%)
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for various communication platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with organizational goalsManage the internal flow of key information between executive, transformation, comms and change management teamsEmployee Communications (20%)
Leverage internal communication channels and platforms including Splash, MCloud email / newsletters, and Digital Screens for communications with goal to keep employees informed, engaged, and motivated to contribute to the organization's successProvide communication support for internal eventsProcesses & Resources (10%)
Responsible for ensuring business content managers adhere to guidelines and processes for internal communicationsPartner closely with Communications Leads to leverage establishes processes and channels for communicationMinimum Qualifications & Experience :
List knowledge, skills, abilities, mental demands, and behaviors, i.e. # years of experience, education level preferred, licenses and / or certifications, tolerance for multiple demands, ability to work with others, etc.Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related role.Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies and plans.Excellent writing, editing, storytelling and content creation skills.Strong project management and organizational skills with proven track record of delivery.Ability to build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and stakeholders.Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranet, email newsletters, digital screens).Strong analytical skills to measure and improve communication effectiveness.Superior knowledge and understanding of employee communications methodologies, tools, and vehicles.Deep insight and a thorough understanding of the business environment / industry in which the business operatesSuperior listening and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain open and flexible in a changing environmentProven ability to maintain confidentiality.Trinus Corporation, a leading provider of technology solutions and services with over 25 years of experience, is a certified WBE / MBE / SBE / SDB firm accredited by WBENC, NMSDC, and SBA.
