What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Coordinator | Contract | Plano, TX (HYBRID) position at Trinus?
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Recruiting Coordinator within the Data & Technology organization. Reporting to the Engagement Manager, this position will support 3-4 recruiters and collaborate closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage the interview process, and ensure all necessary materials are prepared.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and assistance throughout the recruitment process.
- Offer onsite interview support, coordinating logistics and assisting both candidates and interviewers.
- Organize recruitment events such as job fairs and campus recruiting, including logistics, materials preparation, and attendee communication.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring candidate information is up-to-date and accurately recorded.
- Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for process improvement.
- Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts by engaging with diverse talent to build a more inclusive workforce at TFS.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration (internships included)
- Proficiency in using Workday Recruit
