Daytime Server/bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion and commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender or server, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, engaging with guests, and contributing to an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately using POS or similar systems.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks during busy periods.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
• Uphold food handling standards to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all patrons.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits along with the ability to create innovative drink recipes.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must possess valid food handling certification as required by local regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
