Position Description: Essential Duties/Functions
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of payroll department.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, shipping etc.
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence.
Completes operational requirements by preforming administrative projects and expediting production results.
Supports payroll team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Maintains supplies inventory, checking stock & determine anticipated supplies for future use.
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Payroll Administrative Assistant - Experience
2 years (preferred) of administrative assistant experience

Interpersonal Skills and Attributes
Polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
Effective communication: writing, verbal, listening
Microsoft Office Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

Physical/Sensory Requirements
Ability to stand, sit, walk, lift, bend and climb appropriate to an office environment

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the work environment will include:
Normal Office Environment with standard lighting and average noise levels
