Description : As the Optum Product Lead for DOC360, your role involves collaborating with stakeholders to capture their business needs for migrations and new integrations involving print vendors. After receiving and obtaining approval for the quote, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the DOC360 team, engineering staff, and stakeholders throughout the project, ensuring that the product is developed according to specifications.
Responsibilities :Manage business requests for DOC360 (migrations and doc archival)
- Work with stakeholders, engineering, vendors and other cross-enterprise team members.
- Initiate projects in AHA
- Create business requirements documentation
- Secure quotes
- Keep projects organized
- Monitor project progress
- Provide status updates
- QA / Testing
- Close out the projects
- Product / user support
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with business process and documentation.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and learning as you go.
