Job Description:
Primary job duties/responsibilities:
- Define the architecture and integration strategy for EDI, API, and other data exchange requirements using the Seeburger BIS platform.
- Create tailored solutions for business processes, ensuring efficient data flows between internal systems and external partners.
- Oversee implementation projects, guide development teams, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Explore and implement new features and capabilities of the Seeburger platform to improve operational efficiency.
- Design integration solutions using Seeburger BIS to align with business objectives and IT strategy.
- Create scalable, secure, and robust integration architectures that support business growth.
- Develop standards, frameworks, and guidelines for Seeburger implementation.
- Configure and deploy Seeburger BIS modules, including EDI, MFT, and API management.
- Set up partner profiles, trading relationships, and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, HTTP, etc.).
- Ensure successful onboarding of trading partners.
- Design and implement mappings and transformations using Seeburger tools to connect disparate systems.
- Develop workflows for automated data exchange processes.
- Lead Seeburger implementation or upgrade projects from initiation to delivery.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Monitor the performance of integrations and resolve system issues proactively.
- Optimize system configurations to improve throughput and reliability.
- Provide second or third-level support for Seeburger-related incidents.
- Analyze and resolve errors in message exchanges and workflows.
