Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to provide support to our outpatient clinics. This part-time role offers flexibility while allowing you to contribute to a high-quality healthcare experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and prepare patients for examinations or procedures.
- Take and record vital signs, patient histories, and relevant health information.
- Assist healthcare providers during exams and minor procedures.
- Administer medications or perform lab tests as directed by providers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and medical equipment.
- Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Provide exceptional patient care with compassion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical or outpatient setting.
- Current Medical Assistant Certification
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

This position provides technical nursing care for assigned patients in the office setting. Follows established standards and practices under direction of Physician, Clinic Manager, and/or designated healthcare professional. Work within legal scope of practice and healthcare certification.
Minimum requirements: Must have current Washington LPN Licensure or current active or interim Medical Assistant – Certified WA State certification. May also have Medical Assistant-Registered WA State certification and must obtain MA-C accreditation within six months from employment date. Current AHA HCP (BLS) Card.
Salary : $18 - $24
