Tripalink is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our Seattle team. This role is responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, managing incoming leads, and ensuring a seamless move-in experience. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about real estate and property leasing.

The estimated hourly cash salary for this role is $21.76/hr commission.

This role is responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, managing incoming leads, and ensuring a seamless move-in experience. Responsibilities
- Leasing & Sales:
- Engage and follow up with prospective tenants via phone, email, and online platforms to schedule tours and secure leases.
- Conduct property tours (in-person and virtual) and present available units in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all properties, amenities, pricing, and availability to effectively match prospective tenants with suitable homes.
- Promote vacant units through various advertising channels, including social media, online listings, and community events.
- Track and manage leads in CRM systems to ensure consistent follow-ups and maximize leasing conversions.
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings to optimize leasing performance.
- Customer Service & Tenant Relations:
- Provide top-tier customer service to current and prospective residents to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in lease renewals by proactively reaching out to residents and discussing renewal terms.
- Address tenant inquiries regarding leasing policies, rental terms, and move-in/move-out procedures.
- Administrative & Compliance:
- Prepare and process lease agreements, addendums, and other necessary documentation in compliance with leasing regulations.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all lease files and tenant records.
- Understand and apply basic landlord-tenant laws, residential real estate regulations, and fair housing policies.
- Coordinate with the property management team to facilitate move-ins, check-outs, inspections, and maintenance requests.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 1 years in leasing, real estate, property management, or sales-related fields.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the leasing and marketing teams.
- Knowledge of leasing software and CRM tools (e.g., AppFolio) is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite.
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace) for lead generation.
- Preferred: Understanding of residential real estate laws and leasing regulations.
- Prior experience in property leasing or real estate sales.
