Position Duties
- Monitor real estate market trends and rental rates and develop competitive pricing and leasing strategies
- Prepare weekly comprehensive data analysis reports on leasing performance, market trends, surveys, and sales data and present to executives for strategic planning; Implement pre-screening, enhance the application process for tenants and reduce delinquent rent payments
- Ensure all leasing practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws and rental regulations
- Prepare lease agreements, handle lease renewals, amendments, and terminations, and address inquires and resolve issues from tenants
- Support company real estate development and assist in budgeting and forecasting for property expenses, income and appraisal
- Manage and oversee leasing staff including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- U.S. Master's Degree in Real Estate
