Job Title:Vacation Rental Inspector/ Cleaning Specialist
Job Type: FULL & PART TIME POSITIONS(S) AVAILABLE
Location: ELKTON, VA / SHENANDOAH VALLEY, VA
Supervisor/Manager: OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- Practice proper health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Inventory and assist tracking warehouse supplies
- Maintain premises is in clean and orderly state
- Work with other teams/workers to ensure things are comfortable, organized and efficient
- Assisting Logistics & Operation Managers
- Pre arrival property inspections and reporting
- General maintenance assistance
- Outdoor property debris clean up may be required a times (litter, etc.)
- Routine hot tub/spa service (willing to train)
- Assist with replacements delivery
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
Qualifications Minimum 1 years of relevant experience preferred
- Minimum 1 years Vacation Rental/Hotel/similar experience preferred
- Housekeeping experience preferred
- Maintenance experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Required valid Driver’s License
- Reliable and personal transportation (is a must)
Skills Proficient Technology skills required- App usage
- Organizational skills required
- Detail-oriented
- Hands on
- Positive, can-do attitude
- General technological skills needed (will train within application and software)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
