Triple B Cleaning, Inc. is looking for an administrative assistant to join our Corporate Office in South Glens Falls. This position requires a person with the flexibility to do what's needed. We are a kitchen exhaust cleaning company with offices in Florida and Texas that we support from NY. No in-person contact with customers.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, including answering phones, paying and keeping up with bills, creating and maintaining reports.
- Experience with Excel and Microsoft Word preferred.
- Hard working, enthusiastic and energetic!
- Reliable transportation.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Vendor relations.
- Assist others in all offices.
- Special projects as assigned.
Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5pm.
