Saw Operator

Primary Function:

Cut and form steel to assemble product(s) and component(s) that meet and/or exceed business goals and objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilites:

• Cutting of raw steel
• Order acquisition of raw steel
• Bending of headache rack tubing
• Stocking point of use storage for welding production line
• Receiving steel trailers
• Move parts in and moves finished product out of welding area
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols
• Maintain company Vision, Mission and Values to achieve ownership opportunities for all employees

Job Requirements:

• A qualified candidate will have a high school diploma, GED, or at least 1-3 months related experience
• Ability to operate saw and drill and other machinery safely and effectively
• Must be able to read a tape measure or measuring instrument to ensure accurate cuts and drills
• Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision measuring instruments
• Operate a forklift
• Must be able to stand continuously for a 10 hour shift and lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to pass a physical strength test to perform the job
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and levels of humidity
• Must maintain a clean and organized work area
• Personal protective equipment will be provided by Triple C Manufacturing, Inc. and must be worn in required areas

This positon requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in order to produce quality products. The position is key in keeping the production line moving. The ideal candidate will have experience operating drills, saws and other equipment.
