What are the responsibilities and job description for the GCSS-A Maintenance Records Clerk - Colombia, col position at Triple Canopy?
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order parts, materials, and supplies used in maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment
- Process invoices for payment; verify receipt of invoiced parts, materials, and supplies
- Maintain and track inventory records on a computer
- Unload, store, transport, deliver, and distribute parts, materials, and supplies
- Work with vendors/sales representatives; follow up on items not received and check on item prices/availability
- Clean the parts storage and work area
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-10 years related experience
- English professional fluency preferred. Ability to speak, read and write to appropriate and consistently communicate in English, preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain RSO Vetting Security Clearance
- Ability to successfully pass any employment related drug screening and background security check
- 1-2 years of automotive/equipment parts and supply clerk experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is typically based in a busy service center/maintenance garage environment and subject to frequent interruptions.Frequent work outside and in inclement weather conditions is required, including heat, cold and humidity. May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration. Must be willing to wear Personal Protective Equipment as required by established Company Safety Standards. Normal work hours are in two shifts, Monday-Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or Monday-Friday 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may also be required.
