What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Technician - Colombia, col position at Triple Canopy?
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely handles all supplies
- Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Assists in planning, ordering, and ensuring availability of supplies
- Maintains and/or assists in maintaining supply inventory and records.
- Performs damage-in-transit, periodic, receipt, and visual examination of supplies received to determine true condition.
- Perform daily inventory management duties consisting of cycle counts, maintain database records and systems.
- Responsible for impromptu inspections of inventory records by Federal Agency.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years related experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- English professional fluency, preferred. Ability to speak, read and write to appropriate and consistently communicate in English, preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain RSO Vetting Security Clearance
- Ability to successfully pass any employment related drug screening and background security check
- Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion
- Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.
