Job Summary
We're seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Patient Care Advocate. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a warm and friendly environment for your residents, advocating for their needs, and providing personalized care plans that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents
- Develop and implement personalized care plans based on observation and expertise
- Advocate for residents' needs and ensure they receive the best possible care
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Registered Nurse degree or diploma from an accredited college/university
- A valid RN state license and CPR certification
- Experience in nursing and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
