About the position...
The Line Cook works in a fast-paced environment to prepare a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables, and other food items by cooking in grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
- Completes opening and closing checklists.
- Understands and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
- Ensures proper storage of food items.
- Prepare food for outlets at the facility including the restaurant, banquet operations, snack bar and food/beverage cart.
